Unwanted products: May be returned within 7 working days after invoice date in original received condition. No returns without proof of purchase. Please note the following:
- Either email info@capekarooshop.com or contact +27 44 279 2127 Cape Karoo Ostrich Emporium to request a return.
- All returns/exchanges at own cost. Please contact Cape Karoo Ostrich Emporium for a quote on shipping if needed: info@capekarooshop.com
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after receipt back at Cape Karoo Ostrich Emporium. No Refunds will be paid without Bank Account Confirmation.
A product ordered to customer-specific requirements is not eligible to the returned for exchange or refund.
Defective products: May be returned within 6 months of purchasing/receiving item. The following will not be regarded as defects:
- Normal everyday wear and tear.
- Damage due to negligence or incorrect usage of the item.
- Natural marks on the leather.
- Where the specifications of an item do not suit you anymore.
Please email info@capekarooshop.com or contact +27 44 279 2127 Cape Karoo Ostrich Emporium to report an item that is deemed to have manufacturing defects:
- Cape Karoo Ostrich Emporium will arrange the shipping (at our cost) to collect the item to either repair or replace.
- The customer will be liable to reimburse Cape Karoo Ostrich Emporium for the costs of collecting the item should it be found that the product is not defective, i.e. it complies with the points set out in this policy.
- Repairs may take up to 4 weeks.
Cape Karoo Ostrich Emporium is under no obligation to provide you with a credit, repair/replacement for any return logged after six months.
